Comment/Description

Im Sinne einer kritisch-reflektierten Organisations- und Managementforschung adressiert das Modul Fragen des Wandels und der Veränderung von Organisationen. Im Modul werden Ansätze und Methoden des Change-Management, der Organisationsentwicklung und des Organisationalen Lernens sowie Politik- bzw. Aktivismuszentrierte Ansätze behandelt.
Anwendungsmöglichkeiten, Implikationen für die Organisationspraxis und auch kritische Auswirkungen werden diskutiert.
